In order to qualify for this scholarship program, you must be an Oklahoma resident, you must enroll in the program during the 8th, 9th, or 10th grades, and your parent's federal adjusted gross income must not exceed $55,000 per year. Seniors on Oklahoma's Promise and OU's Crimson Commitment program. This program guarantees scholarships and grants to pay for average fees of $8,000 per year for OU students who receive Oklahoma's Promise. With tuition covered by Oklahoma's Promise and average fees covered by Crimson Commitment, this program makes OU a great, affordable option for students! To qualify for Crimson Commitment, students must: (1) Qualify fully for Oklahoma's Promise. (2) Apply to OU by February 1, 2021. Did you also know that OU is test optional this year? (3) Be admitted to OU as a first-time, full-time freshman. (4) Complete and submit a FAFSA by March 1, 2021. (5) Be enrolled as a full-time student each semester. No separate application is needed for students to receive Crimson Commitment. The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to continue to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. We are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student. Juniors: The Leadership Oklahoma (LOK) application is now open. Fifty of the state’s top juniors from across the state are chosen through a competitive application process and are then taken on a week long educational journey in the summer across Oklahoma, learning lessons about leadership, trust, problem solving, communication, cooperation, career opportunities, but most importantly, why Oklahoma is such a great place to live and work. Deadline to apply is January 15, 2021. https://www.leadershipoklahoma.com/youth-program

Seniors: OU's application deadline to be considered for academic, service, or leadership scholarships is quickly approaching! The final scholarship admission deadline is December 15. Those interested in attending OU in the Fall need to submit their application ASAP.

SENIORS interested in pursuing a medical degree. OU offers a Medical Humanities Scholars Program. Through this program, students are able to pursue a liberal arts education focused on medicine and society and at the same time fulfill their pre-medical requirements.
